Yes I know that most of us Americans had family who immagrated to america, But our families came here, learned the language and got jobs. Never had taxpayers support them. We are the ones that have the right to be here. Either do it right or leave. You are bringing this country down. You have your own they can support you. If they cant get off your lazy A** and get a job.

Mr Taco....
Well since I have done alot of research on the topic I think I have a very good understanding. My family came over when they had to get passports, had to pass a test to become citizen, had to learn the language, had to have a job to support himself and family. They were never given a free ride. When did you family come here, hundreds of years ago. We were very poor came from a horriable country, were slaves. I am not talking about Africa or Mexico. I am talking about Austria. But we came here the right way and made a life for ourselves.

As far as saying they are lazy. No not all of them are. Some do work in crappy jobs for low pay. Some come here to get on welfare have 200 kids and dont work. Most of the people who live in my neighbor hood are that way.

Well said! Earned a star for this question.

Why can't illegals seem to understand that Americans have no problems with immigrants who come to the US as long as they become US Citizens, learn to speak English and adapt to the American way of life like the MILLIONS of immigrants did when they came here!

Yikes! While I do agree with you that the illegals shouldn't be here and I'd love to see them all get deported, I do think that a lot of them work and work hard doing jobs that aren't very glamorous and don't pay much. Nothing makes me more irritated then having to deal with someone in this country who "no speak English". And, it really pisses me off that they have a million babies regardless of how poor they are. In a way, yes, I agree they do bring down this country.

To summarize, I agree with you except for the part where you say they are lazy and don't work. I do believe they work hard.

Janai - taxpayers DO support illegals. Illegals have children and we pay for them to have those children in American hospitals. Then we pay for those children to go to school, get medical care...among other things.

Hospitals are going bankrupt. Schools are having to close down gifted and talented programs for American citizens so that we can accommodate all the ESL programs.

Just a simple case of sissyf**ks who can't band together and make a difference in their own country, and instead come swimming, tunneling, crawling, and begging over here. And because they know there are a lot of lily-liberals in high places, and the illegals hide behind the excuse that they needy helpy because mi bambinos are sicky, that they can do it with little threat of deportation. Well it will only get worse until we put strict conservatives in the high places. We need to put Vietnam vets in those places, not McCain-ish softies, but hardnosed tunnel rats and grunts who are pissed off. They have been through this before, trying to help a country out, and getting overrun and crapped on instead...time for serious thought of militia civil war...

I can inform you the ones farm stories are Bull! Only 10% of farms use migrant staff. The tremendous businesses-so much farmers hate them. The different ninety% will pull by way of and we might care much less if the ones businesses pass down What to know the way many farms are paid to not develop something? Who is that fool?-stillson-what a crock White feather and JD-you received that proper. College scholars will do plenty of the paintings.

you are wrong in so many places. I'm American and most of what you say is random, you don't know what is actually going on. Everyone in the US (except Natives) had family who immigrated here. they are only bringing you life down because you think about it too much, get a hobby. and also, their government won't support them, that's why they are coming here. and getting off their "lazy A**" and getting a job won't help their government help its people. you need to pick up a book.

First thing, taxpayers don't support them, "illegals" can't get any kind of financial help. Not even students that need help to do to college. Second, many "illegals" do work or go to school. They work picking up the veggies we eat, cleaning our yards, all laboring jobs. I have a question for you, how are they bringing this country down? Yes I do understand that they are a "some illegals" that are no good. People are criminals, low liefs, and lazy, but that kind of person is found in all branches (citizens, residents, and illegals).

I have a son-in-law to be who has put out thousands of dollars to attorneys and filled out reams and reams of paperwork, all in order to legally stay in this country. Of course, he is a European and is willing to follow the law. Why should HE have to do what is right while millions of illegals flow in from Mexico to overrun our schools and hospitals? Why should THEY have preference over Africans, or Asians or Europeans or anyone else who wants to make a better life here? What makes a Mexican more entitled than an African?

Each illegal is stealing a place in this country from someone equally as desperate to be here from somewhere else. It's NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You say: "But our families came here, learned the language and got jobs. Never had taxpayers support them."

History shows us that this is actually not true. Many European immigrants did NOT learn the language. Their children often had to translate for them, and many of the people that were already here complained about it. They did not always find jobs either. You have the stereotype now of the unemployed Mexican (which is not a very accurate stereotype, but that's beside the point). Well, it used to be the unemployed Irishman that was the stereotype, and later it was the unemployed Eastern European. And the idea that taxpayers did not have to pay for these people? Ha! That's pretty funny. What is funnier is that most people who hate immigrants today make the same arguments about immigrants that used to be made about their own ancestors. That's a fact.

In any case, I feel very sorry for you. You are obviously very ignorant on this subject. It is sad to think that so many people feel so strongly about something they know little about. If you are going to be filled with hatred and prejudice, at least study up on it so you'll hate something that is real. You can find dozens of books on the subject of immigration history, and you will basically find that these Mexicans are no different than your great-great-great grandpa.

immigrants are not the problem, people just dont like the huge amount of Mexicans and think that it should be a fair amount of polish and others as well

and our borders have been exploited and our government backs the Mexicans and not our border patrol

The USA has lost their train of thought meanwhile dumping the us down the drain. all you people who put this person down for asking this ,are part of the problem.
its the gift of God right to ask.
