I'm gonna go along with all the people who say you can't get rid of your allergies. However, I have been reading up on the use of microalgaes. These are showing some promise as an additional nutritional boost for people who have allergies.

The good news is that they are extremely healthy, containing many antioxidants and protein. You can also buy them in capsule form so you don't have to drink a thick glop.

Go to your doctor, they can run an allergy test on you. Once they find out what you are allergic to, they will decide which antihistamine to give you. They usually give you an injection a couple times a year to control the adverse affects of the allergy. There is no cure for allergies.

you can't get rid of your allergies, you can only treat them. i have chronic (year round) allergies and they SUCK. it is difficult to swallow and breath and as a result, my ears pop also. my doctor wasn't even sure how to help me. he just mixed astilin and nasacourt together and i just use that. i also take a ton of vitamins. every day i take 2 vitamin Cs,one vitmin E, and a few others, but just for other things.

**just do your best to keep up your immune sytem and keep trying things until you get one that works. you should also probably have an allergy test done, then they can find an appropriate spray or pill for protection against that allergin.**

First you need to find out what you are allergic to. Then avoidance is the best way to stop the symptoms. Depending on what you are allergic to desensitization shots may be an option.

You can be allergic to preservatives that they use in eye/nasal solutions which can make the problem worse.

See a reputable allergist.

Well if you are young, sometimes you grow out of your allerges, like my dad. I have allergies, you cant really get rid of them. Ask your doctor about what medicine you should take. i just take Claritin.
hope that helps.

impossible(to get rid of your allergy) I think but you can get rid of your symptoms, by drugs and by avoiding the allergens,( no guaranties)

I have some allergies and I sometimes use a drug called zyrtec it helps me but you must consult your doctor for the medication.

I hate allergies

You don't, usually. Sometimes you outgrow them, but it's not something you can bank on.

What you do is get the allergen out of your environment as much as you can, and be prepared to deal with the symptoms when you can't.

The only way is to go to an allergist and get desensitation shots. It will take years and literally hundreds of shots, but it works.
