If I never got my federal Tax Refund who can I call?

I was to get my Federal Tax refund check and never got it. I got my State refund check but not the Federal. Who can I call to resolve the matter.
I did my taxs througn Turbo Tax.

Go to irs.gov and check "where's my refund" - it will be a lot quicker than your other option, which is to call the irs.
