Ok my son has med to dark brown hair, we tried Manic Panic did not work at all it is now a dark almost black color. I don't want to bleach his hair first he is not a fan of the spray. Any help please? He wants Neon green hair.

i had my hair died fish bowel green and I'm afraid you have to bleach it first, i got my kit from hot topic. I have dark brown hair and i had to bleach my hair twice before the green would hold.

You have no choice. You have to bleach your son's hair first. Colors that you are describing are only temporary. you will have to keep applying it as it fades.
Keep washing your son's hair with a clarifying shampoo the original color application will wash out. Manic Panic is not a permenant hair color.

If it's temporary okay but don't dye his hair green permident because he'll look like a joke. Look around you do you see people with green hair? NO
