I am currently a natural 36C but I am considering getting breast implants. I would like to be a Large D or DD. I am 5 6" and weigh about 145lb, I am trying to get down to 125-130lb though Does anyone have experience with getting breast implants, even if they were not small to begin with?

But I tend to lose weight first in my boobs, so If I lose 20 pounds and my boobs shrink, I might have to get them done.

I suggest you start with losing the weight. If you got the implants now and then lost weight, your skin might stretch or sag around the implants and not look right. Start by losing weight through exercise and diet. Make sure that some of your exercise routine works out the pectoral muscles, like doing pushups or lifting weights, since bigger pecs will make your breasts look bigger. And then when you're at your desired weight, then look into the cosmetic surgery.

Wait until you hit your target weight before you make a decision. Then, if you're not happy with your breasts, go ahead and get them done. I'm not a huge fan of implants, but, if you're going to do it, do it right. Find the best doctor and pay the extra money for their experience and ability.

Im a 34 C and i have trouble with them sometimes, i've never heard of anyone wanting to be bigger if they started out with already big boobs. I dont think you shouold get em but thats just my opinion

Ur breast size sounds perfect to me. There's nothing more comfortable than ur own natural boobs. With ur height and ur intended weight u'll look like a Barbie Doll. Bigger than that will look fake and unproportional. Love ur body and we'll love u.

If you already have big God given boobs why would you want to make them bigger? I just don't understand that. I also know women that had them reduced because they caused back problems. You need to learn to like yourself the way you are.

If you do that you would look ridiculus, like you have a massive tumor growth on your chest. I'm 5'4 and 180 lbs and my natural 40 HH are a mess. I'm looking to reduce.

don't do it! i'm a natural 34D and it really bothers me. i'm a highschool senior and last year, some girl went for a DD and after that she looked oddly proportioned, all her clothes hung wrong, and all the guys stalked her just to get her to sleep with them. she finally did and then he publicly announced her a slut and ditched her. not all guys are like him but a lot are. also, implants were originally designed for people with types of cancer of pregnant mothers.

peeps with breast implants are some times considered hookers. im not trying to effend any one. it also adds weight to ur bod.
