The Bible does not say much about beauty, except that all people are the same in the eyes of the Lord.
However, it does elevate certain women above the rest. For instance, Isaac's wife was "beautiful to behold". Also Rebekah, one of Jacob's wives was more beautiful than her sister. And again Ester, was the most beautiful among the virgins chosen for the King!
However, God created all people in his image. That makes them the same!!!!

Well, the Bible both proclaims it as something, obviously, attractive (Song of Solomon) and something that is of secondary importance (description of a Messiah that isn't particularly attractive in the book of Isaiah).
Additionally, the latter part can be seen in the story of Leah (she of the "weak eyes") and the beautiful Rachel. Leah is the one blessed by God at first, although she is loved less than Jacob. Rachel, though beautiful, does not have a beautiful heart.

The bible doesn't have a lot to say about beauty, but it does tell a love story about King Solomon and the queen of Sheba. Read the songs of Solomon it's short and sweet and make mention about the beauty of the queen...

1Ch 16:29 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.
2Ch 20:21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth forever.
Psa 27:4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.
Psa 29:2 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.
Psa 96:6 Honor and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
and then there is in reference to us:
Pro 20:29 The glory of young men is their strength: and the beauty of old men is the gray head.
Pro 31:30 Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
