so far i have seen the important parts of her (pics/webcam) and she started flirting with me we have hugged in the street a few times after the last hug she said to me by text that she thought i was gonna do something i wish i did now

It sounds like she is waiting for you. What have you got to lose by asking her out? If she says no you can hide behind your computer screen again!! If she says yea then you can start seeing her properly and who knows where it will lead.
You obviously like her and it sounds like she likes you too so take the plunge and be brave.

Are you suggesting you want to get intimate with her? Forget it buddy its not for you or her. If you can afford to live together, start a family, earn a decent living, pay bills, gorceries, and you want to get married then that is the first mark. Mark 2 is after you get married.
At best you are going to be close friends don't do something stupid that you will regret a lifetime and which will cause you to loose her as a friend
