and for those saying i'm being mean.... i am speaking from experience and it's dumb to come on here and ask those type of questions that NONE of us can answer to people that are a bunch of hypocondriacs.

I agree with you. I think they ask for maybe comfort reasons. This is why I hate when someone reads diagnoses in a medical book. One can always find at least one of the associated symptoms and then think thats what it is. You are right....noone, not even your own doctor can say if it is cancer (or any other disease process for that matter) without appropriate testing. And even then, he will refer you to an oncologist for further testing before a proper diagnosis can be made.

Sometimes people do stupid things when they are very sick.
A lot of people here seem to be Americans, who have no guarantee of health insurance or help to pay. I have an American acquaintance who cannot afford the annual MRI to see if her brain tumor has recurred.
Perhaps we should all be a little more patient with each other.

People worry about having their fears become reality, so they take small steps to reality, like asking here first.
I don't mind. Most people don't have it, and it's obvious they don't so I like to put them at ease and point them to a doctor to show them the truth.

I am tired of them asking if I know if they are pregnant. thats even worse because how the hell would I know that? the cancer thing is bad question too. but I am stuck on the, could I be pregnant questions right now. lol
