It greatly depends on the company how much would they be willing to pay to a person who would be using his/her additional language skills to benefit the company. Incentive might vary from few cents to about few dollars. Usually payment is determined before or upon employment. But in that case persons' job description would include more requirements.

I don't think there is such a thing as "Bilingual Pay". Some jobs will pay people a little more if they speak two languages. From my friends that speak another language though, it is not that substantial.
