go to cnet.com, click download, type "free download manager" .. download and execute the program.. it is able to down load video file and straming video..

properly to capture a streaming video, i might advise taking your video-digicam all the way down to a close-by waterfall or flow. Press checklist and you have your self a streaming video. :)
