We can not dissassemble the wires from the base that is part of the packaging. It says it flies 300 feet, and how does it do this if the wires are connected through the plane to the base to the battery compartment. If we are to disconnect the wires, does any one have the instructions? Ours did not come with them. Thanks!!!

interesting... I dont know which wires you mean, but if its a packaging wire, and its not a electrical wire in which it is required to be used to fly, then i'd cut it. If it is an electrical wire required to be used and cannot be cut to fly, I say return it, because no wires is suppose to stick out of a plane like that. Especially since it is a kids toy.
P.S. I have lots of experience from Air Hogs, Im just unclear. If this info is not good enough, please take it back to the shop to exchange it for a new one, then if there is the same problem, go back to the store and ask them.
