How about...

Love the fundie,
Hate the fundamentalism.

A big hug out to all of you misguided, small-minded, self-righteous, fundamentalists, with a superiority complex.

Remember, I say all of these adjectives in love... I do love you...just not your "lifestyle" and it is not sinful to point out to you how bad of a person you are...because I love you...

Oops..question is...

What are your thoughts? Can you hate fundamentalism, but love the fundamentalist?

I find it near impossible to separate someones actions from who they are. Our actions make us who we are.

Phrases like love the sinner hate the sin are just utter nonsense.

Being fundamentalist minded, I would say yes.
We are not all quite alike, you know. Some of us can be rather abrasive at times,(an understatement?) but I think that has more to do with practice than knowledge. Of course...it's like I said at the beginning, not all of us fundamentalists practice the faith in the same way. Our methods differ.
I don't know of any fundies that are small-minded, self-righteous AND that have a superiority complex. Some misguided, but not usually in a combination. And I know quite a number of them.

An excellent attitude to take. It is wonderful that you forgive them, as they know not what they do. I think that weak people should be tolerated and laughed at, but certainly not hated.

Your question uses a familiar, but unscriptural cliche'.

God hates the sin AND the sinner.

So where's your question?
Did you just want to tell those fundamentalists you cant stand their lifestyle??
