I'm 5 feet 5 inches. I feel just fine and I'm active to a point. Plus I had a baby about a year ago.

No, you are not that much shorter than I am, and I weigh between 125 and 150 (I have not stepped on a scale in a while, nothing personal, its just that it has never really come up).

Anyway I still have a six pack that goes down to four if I do not exercise for a while, and then I get it back after a few minutes of exercise.

No your not fat, your healthy! Your weight is fine for your height. Plus after having a baby your doing well. The only thing left for you to do is tone up your skin. Keep up the good work. Good Luck!

The number 145 is just that, a number. It is not an indication of how fat or fit you are. I would suggest trying to increase your activity level to ensure you stay healthy and stop looking at the scale.

You're fine. Eat healthy and stay active. Try to get in a half hour of walking three times a week.

If you refer to your Body Mass Index Chart, you are in the normal weight zone. You can move down the chart if you'd like, but you are fine just the way you are. Just eat healthy and keep being active.

Absolutely NOT fat. If you want to be thinner, just find the workout program that fits you. But 145? Not fat at all.

If you're bigger than a size 7, I'd say "yes." But, not so bad that I'd call you "obese."

Muscle weighs more than fat, so it's possible to have an athletic build, be in shape and still be 145 at your height. But, the problem is that as you get older, your metabolism slows down and/or you aren't as active, so the muscle breaks down and turns into fat.

No. In the 5th grade, a girl in my class weighted 150 pounds and she was only 10 years old.

Well your within the healthy BMI (body mass index) but you are at the end of it....once you get past 149 then it starts to become unhealthy....but if you are active and happy with your body then kudos to you...I wish I could be happy with my weight but I never seem to be...congrats on the baby as well!
