Sometimes people are trying to be discusting on purpose. And little kids do it because sometimes they dont know better. They're parents dont teach them any better.

with the aid of fact they're gross human beings and don't supply a sh--. it is nasty. they could use a tissue and wash their arms. it is how human beings get ill and that is rude and fully disrespectful!!

probablly a little kid was in there picking their nose while they waited for their mom to finish taking a piss... ew but what disturbing image i hope no grown ups do that thats just utterly sick.
