bobby, it isnt a double standard. the only time someone would get charged with double murder for killing a preg woman is if the woman was in her 3rd trimester.
What % of abortions do u think happen in the 3rd tri?

Just a statement. It's what they want to happen. It won't any time soon. It would be political suicide.

There's a double standard.
If someone hurts a pregnant woman, and the fetus dies within her, the perpetrator can be charged with the murder of that unborn child.
But if the mother decides she does not want the child, she can go to an abortionist and kill her unborn child, with no charges being made against her or the medical staff that performs the procedure.
You really need to get hold of a video clip documenting a late-term abortion. Then you can judge for yourself.

Dr. Kermitt Gosnell broke the regulation. You wreck the regulation, you pay. Twenty-4 weeks gestation is the factor the place maximum toddlers can proceed to exist their very own with modern medical intervention (a healthful being pregnant is going for 40 weeks). so as because of the fact of this the cutoff for criminal abortion (which varies via state) is frequently merely shy of that variety. that could be a criminal offense in ALL states to kill a toddler it fairly is born/introduced alive. previous due term abortions are criminal in in undemanding terms a handful of states and in undemanding terms below VERY strict circumstances. criminal previous due term abortions can in undemanding terms take place if the mummy is examined via the physician and located to be critically in threat to extreme wellbeing issues and/or dying from carrying the fetus to term. Then, the lady could be examined via 2 different self sufficient physicians who could make the comparable determination. in undemanding terms then can the abortion be criminal and, back, in undemanding terms in some states. i think that some states additionally make an exception if the fetus has something incorrect with it which will effect in terrible suffering and dying presently after transport besides -- sort of a mercy killing -- yet i'm no longer specific on that one. I heard from a woman on line who had to have that executed for that reason. the completed kinfolk needed the toddler and all have been heartbroken. ##

abortion is murder.
But there is two side of this story.
suppose ye u were raped... u didnt want to have a child especially by the man who stripped u out of ur dignity.
Then what? suppose u were raped and pregnated at the age of 15 will you have a child... especially if u came from a wealthy family?
that is a view point from a person who got raped... not me though lol but just saying.
But someone who never experienced this would say this is wrong b/c ur killing a baby... what is it was one month into the pregnancy? r u still killing a baby? Yes it is wrong when u had an one stand and u knew u didnt use protection b/c u simply liked getting knocked up with out protection... then its wrong... b/c u had a choice... but then u would feel guilty too for killing ur own baby for ur mistake.

There is a simple reason you are not thinking about. In the USA it is not against the law for a doctor to give an abortion, therefore until the law changes, it is not murder in the eyes of the law.

No it is because our Country is being led by Godless Judges and Leaders who do not fear God's Judgment. An unborn Baby is a person. If one murders a woman while she is pregnant, a person is charged with murdering that unborn baby. That Baby in the womb can feel pain.
ABORTION IS MURDER! Saying that it isn't does not change a thing or God's Judgment upon you. It still is murder in God's eyes.

What is your point?
They aren't charged because some parts of the US government don't consider abortion wrong.
Some parts of the US government don't consider child molestation wrong. I know of prosecuting attorneys who will not prosecute people for attempted rape of a minor.
The fact that the US government won't prosecute people for something does not mean that their actions were okay.

You really cant bash someones opinion on when life begins.
Some people truly believe its at conseption. For some, its when there's a heart beat. For others, its when the child is born.
So, it is murder (by deffinition) to some because they believe it is a LIFE.
Its not fair AT ALL to say someones belief on life is wrong. Let it go and just believe what YOU want.

Unfortunately, people like to believe their definition of murder is the only one applicable. Since the legal definition is the only one that really matters, abortion cannot be considered murder unless it is performed under certain circumstances. Most legal definitions are similiar to "the unlawful taking of human life." If it isn't illegal, it's not murder. End of conversation.
