Ok Go To Ur Nearest Liquor Store And Ask For A "Canada Dry", It's A Very Good Mineral Water I Will Probably Cost Two Bucks Depending Where U Live. I Live In East Los Angeles , So It's Pretty Cheap. After U Got The Water You Have To Fill Halve A Glass,After Dat Get 2 Lemons And Squezee The Onto The Water, After Dat Get A Salt Shaker And Give It 3 Shakes After That Mix Them Together And Drink I Fast But Before U Setup The Drink Make Sure The Mineral Water Is Cold As F***. Because If It's Not It Might Not Work. If U Don't Want To Do THat Then Just Drink One Cold Az Beer But Just 1.Good Luck!

Several things can help you, I would start first with realizing what it is you drank and how much. I would venture to say you were drinking different liquors or drinking liquor and beer. It's best to pace yourself.. get a nice buzz going and then wait before you have that next shot. I would suggest you get some bitters (angostura or Fernet-Branca) and use them before you go to bed... but most people can't find them or drink it. (tastes great in a bloody mary though!). A hangover is your body in distress from mild alcohol poisoning!! I'm a drinker and bartender myself, I am not preaching at you.. just enlightening. If you're going to do heavy drinking, or if a night turns into an unexpected bash... realize how much or how little you've eaten that day. Snack here and there while you're drinking, food is the best thing to absorb alcohol.. considering you're not going to feel like eating the next day!
Now, you're throwing up water because you're rehydrating the alcohol in your system.. coffee and tea are no good either, they're diuretics and will just dehydrate you even more! I have always just kept a jug of gatorade at home for the rare occasions myself or my friends have had a hangover it's the best way to rehydrate. Personally, I prefer the 'hair off the dog that bit you' ... hahaha... I'll drink a beer when I wake up and then sip on the second one.. and I am much better!

How long have you had the hangover? The reason I'm asking is because you said you tried to sleep it off, etc. Drink orange juice and take a couple of tylenol with that. If you continue to be sick, you should see an MD. Alcohol is a poison that the body tries to reject, ie., vomiting. Since everyone is different, alcohol affects some people a lot worse than others. If you can keep any liquids down, take a B-complex tablet with it. It's good for rebuilding the nervous system. Good luck. Remember how bad you feel now the next time you're tempted to overdo!!

Heee Heeee, been there and done that. Drinking water is your first mistake. You need to drink a beer or what you had last night, if, there any left. Yea, may have to choke it down, but, you will start feeling better and can sip a little water now and then. After the "Hair of the Dog" (Your beer/whatever). Try to eat, even if it just a chunk of something you can wash down with a little water, trying to chew food may not be a good idea, just get it down. Cream of Chicken Soup is good, just drink a little, you not have to do a whole can at one time. Take about Three Tylenol and call me in the morning. :-p
Heeeee, I remember when I not know this and drink water, it was drink, 10-15 minutes later throw up (Stomach hurt just before). Drink, throwup etc. Then people told me, drink a beer! It sounded crazy, but, when I finally decided to try it ....... it worked!

Only three certain cures for hangover.
1 - Don't drink and get a hangover in the first place. Too late for that one.
2 - Stay drunk. That is only a temporary cure as everyone has to get at least partially sober sometime.
3 - Take a large dose of Tincture of Time. All hangovers eventually run their course, and that is the only reliable cure.
Next time you tie one on, drink lots of water before you go to sleep, and stay away from sweet cutsey drinks while you are drinking. All the sugars, and fruity stuff make your hangover worse.
Keep drinking water, or maybe something like Pedialyte or Gatorade to prevent dehydration. Sure it comes back up, but you are going to be throwing up anyway so better to have water to throw-up than having the dry heaves. I speak from experience there.
Happy Hangover and good luck.

vitamin B complex is the way to go babes... boost u back up and rids the hangover. australians swears by it. they even stash them in the office for anyone who comes over to work with a hangover - it's called Berocca. But I'm sure there's others where u are. It's like an effervescence and u just dump in a glass of water and drink up :)
some say black coffee is good too. without any sugar. just pure black coffee.

Take two Tylenol and drink some children's Pedialyte. The Pedialyte will put electrolytes back in your system. I always smoke a bowl to help with the Nausea and it helps me go back to sleep! Good Luck and I hope you feel better.... Next time you drink take 2 tylenol and drink a bottle of water before you go to bed. It should help you in the morning when you wake up!

Try a cold compress on your forehead, drink a little bit of water at a time and hopefully you will keep it down. As much as the thought of food makes you sick, you really should try to eat something, even some dry toast and chicken noodle soup. And next time, don't drink so much!!!

Well, if you can't eat, sleep or drink water, you are screwed.
My suggestion: get over the food fear and eat something small. Then have some water and get some rest.
If that don't work, go have a few RockStars or Red Bulls.
