Lower back pain on either side of the spine, and fever.

Not everyone will have symptoms, Possibly , back pain, or a burning sensation in the kidney area, a reduction of urine, or going more then usual. A noticeable retention of fluid possible in legs in feet. If you suspect a problem go to the Dr. Kidneys once damaged are not repairable. I am a Kidney cancer survivor and believe me I am well aware of kidney damage. It is nothing to take lightly.

I had a kidney infection 2 years ago. My back hurt like crazy even though I hadn't done anything to injure it.
