I had one shower where we asked "After he makes a poopie does he wipe standing up or while he is still sitting down?" and "How many shakes after peeing before you are "playing with it". They were kinda gross but still embarassing and something she probably hadn't discussed with him before hand like the usual questions so we knew she was going to have to take at least one shot. I'd skip the poop one but the shaking it was funny.
