whats right is the ideals of society that arent contradicted to a great extent.
Society is designed t opreserve life and to advance living states.
If what you are considering doesnt advance your living state(body or mind) or preserve yours or another persons life in someway, then it is wrong as it only serves the purpose of hindrance of time, money, health(mental physical and spiritual).
Not wrong as in you should burn in hell but wrong as in counter productive.
There are varying degrees of counterproductive depending on the relativity to some collective unconscious standard.

Do you honestly believe there is no such thing as right and wrong? Frankly, I doubt it. If someone came up to you in the street, for example, and threatened to kill your baby, I seriously doubt if you'd simply shrug your shoulders and say, "Oh well, if you think it's all right to kill my baby, then go ahead. Your opinion about such things is just as good as mine!"
You see, within every one of us is some idea of right and wrong—what we sometimes call our conscience. Down inside, we all know it's wrong to cheat helpless old people, or kill defenseless children, or commit genocide against a whole ethnic group. But where did that sense of right and wrong come from? The Bible says God gave it to us. We were made in His image, and although sin has marred that image, we still know that some things are right and some are wrong.
But the deeper issue for you is this: Right now, God has no place in your life if you don't believe in absolutes. If He did, you'd be concerned about doing His will instead of living as if He didn't exist. But He does exist—and not only that, but someday you will stand before Him to give an account of your life. The Bible warns, "Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment" (Hebrews 9:27). Don't gamble with your soul, but open your heart to Christ and discover the greatest joy of all—the joy of knowing God.

Truth is not relative. There are absolutes. One person's sin is also another person's sin. One person's good is another person's good. As long as it is genuine, that is. Do you not know what is right and wrong? It seems clear to me.

Here is some absolute truths; The Bible is the Word of God, Jesus is the True Son of God, There is a Heaven and a Hell. We all deserve Hell. Jesus is the only Door to eternal life. The only way to enter Heaven is by turning from our sins and receiving Jesus as our Lord and Savior. It is Hell without Jesus.

If you mean objective truth then you employ reason and evidence. If you are talking about subjective judgments then right and wrong are mind-dependent.

And the LORD said to me, “Amos, what do you see?”
And I said, “A plumb line.”
Then the Lord said:
“ Behold, I am setting a plumb line
In the midst of My people Israel;
I will not pass by them anymore.

That which contributes to the luck, prosperity, safety, or success of my kinclan, or brings honor to my family name,
is "right." For US.
That which does the opposite is wrong.
