Between the water on 70% of it's surface (nearly all of which we cannot drink) and the polar regions, and the desert regions,
we can really only live on less than 20% of the planet.
i think it's proof that god hates us.

Although you may sincerely believe what you've written, I hope you won't be close-minded about it or refuse to reexamine it. After all, if God isn't perfect (as you contend), that means He can make mistakes—and therefore it means He can't be trusted.
But the Bible is clear: God is perfect, and therefore we can trust Him—even for our eternal salvation. The Bible says, "As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is flawless" (Psalm 18:30). Not only is God perfect in all He does, He also is perfect in all He is.
Take, for example Adam and Eve. Why did God make them so they could sin and do wrong? The reason is because He didn't want them to be puppets or robots. He made them with a free will—for only then could they freely love Him. Yes, it was a risk on God's part—but if He hadn't taken it, Adam and Eve (and you and I) would be robots, not humans.
I can't help but wonder, however, if your real problem is something deeper. Down inside, are you refusing to believe in God out of pride, or perhaps because you want to run your own life? Whatever the reason, I pray you won't let anything keep you from Christ. God loves you, and the greatest privilege you will ever have is the privilege of knowing Him. Open your heart and mind to Christ today.

Yes, my life would be so much better if I had gills.
We weren't designed to live in the water -- but the water is needed for the balance of nature.
It might be cruel if you couldn't learn to swim or diddn't have arms. I'm fine just staying out of the water.

He probably would have made us with gills if we were supposed to be amphibians, but since we live on land, we don't really need 'em. Just stay away from large bodies of water and you won't have to worry about things like this.

God is so perfect! He is so perfect that He did not make humans with gills because we don't need them. We are created perfect for our purpose!

The body is mostly water also. God doesn't do "sick jokes," only the devil does those. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. God loves the way you are made and the way you look. You are God's creation. God loves you very much.

Interesting point of view.
