first of all you'll never get her there because there is no united kingdom of great britain, united kingdom is the name for all the countries that are within the borders of the UK island excluding south Ireland. Second of all that is ancient history Great Britain there is no more great there is only Britain.

So i guess you've been applying to go back in time or applying for no where.

Just go to the embassy and apply but make sure that it's the embassy of Britain and sign there as a sponsor or guarantor

definite, this is my view. There quite is not any twist of destiny that there are maximum of assylum seekers interior the rustic. the government prcoedure is designed to enable them to in, to no longer shop them out. whilst somebody applies for assylum on the airport, they're interviewed and can supply any **** and bull tale. they're finally permit in to the rustic to anticipate a determination on there utility, that can take some years in the previous they even get an interview. Then it could take long in simple terms to get an answer, and if refused you have as much as 3 appeals (till it has replaced now). some purposes are so blatantly fake, and others do no longer even in nice condition the standards for employing, yet they're nevertheless placed with the aid of te technique. this is vitally easy quite, verify the utility on the time this is made and refuse at cutting-edge.

You both need to attend an interview at the visa section of the British Embassy in Beijing. They will interview you separately and determine if the planned marriage is genuine or a scam. They will then, if they are satisfied, issue a fiancee visa for a few months. She may have to return to Beijing when the visa expires in order to get a marriage visa.

Like the man said, we`ve got too many foreigners here as it is. I am a pensioner and if it weren`t for the foreign scroungers and hangers-on my pension could be more than I`m getting now, which is nowhere near the amount being paid weekly to immigrants, their families and their free council houses.
Marry someone British and help me out.
If you`re female, I`ll take a chance on marrying you myself; if you`re a fella - forget it.

I got my American husband in the country legally and quite easily. We got married in his home town in Texas. Once we got all our documentation together he applied for an entry clearance visa at the British Embassy in Chicago, which he hand delivered and got back the same day. The following day he was in the UK. After 2 years he applied for his residency and got it.

But I am a UK citizen and that makes the difference. Mary if you are a UK citizen you can talk to me and I will give you more details.

Don't listen to fascists like Rocky we're not all that ignorant! Firstly, are you British? If not you may experience some problems! I am British and am having similar problems with non-EU boyfriend and we are actually considering marring in Gibraltar as you don't need residency to get married there - may be worth considering as would be worth more than just being a fiancee?

To be honest, your best bet is to get legal advice rather than using Yahoo! They will know far better how to advise you - all I know is, it won't be easy - he/she will definitely need to apply for a spouse/fiancee visa and there are no guarantees I am afraid!

Good luck!
