We do not want to sin in heaven, so I think we get to stay once we make it there.

Either of two things will occur once you are in Heaven. You will be offered a "procedure" that will remove your free will. It's a little like a lobotomy. Once it is done, you're a drone: you're animated only at God's pleasure. Otherwise, you just hang around waiting for orders. This prevents you from ever doing, feeling, thinking or wanting anything that would separate you from being in perfect accordance with God's will.
You can decline the procedure. However, if you do, you'll forever be in jeopardy of doing, saying, thinking, or wanting something that will get you kicked out of Heaven. I understand that there's a demerit system, and you get the boot and take the Long Fall after you accrue so many demerits. I don't know the exact number.
Also, if you get tired of Heaven, you can apply for eternal reassignment in "the other place." There's a form you can fill out at the Office of the Archangel for your district in Heaven. I don't think it goes the other way, though: once you're in Hell, they don't want you back in Heaven, ever. There's only been one exception to that rule, and that exception was made only because of divine nepotism.

Lucifer was kicked out of heaven.
To reside in Heaven or any other place, you must be willing to obey its laws. This is to protect the peace and happiness of people living there.
For example, a restaurant owner has every right to ask people to leave if they are disrupting the peace of their guests (e.g., vulgarity).

The common response I get for this question is this:
Once you are in the presence of God, you would no longer be imperfect. You would not have a desire to do things that might separate you from God. You would not do things to get kicked out of Heaven.
Oh well, it doesn't exist anyways.

The real reason I got kicked out was because I got tired of loosing at poker to god all of the time. I complained to him that since he's all knowing then he knows what my hand is and that's cheating. We haven't had kind words since.
I will ring your doorbell and run away!!!
