It is allowed (whew! fortunately!) to install on two computers in your own household...they are thought of, as sort of, backups for each other. I have two laptops, and I specifically contacted Adobe, in advance, after reading their TOS, and before purchasing, because, it *sounded* as if one purchase meant ONE computer. But indeed, as long as it's in YOUR household, it's okay. (It's good to know! That's expensive lil' booger!)

Well: yes just only one for " My Photoshop can be brought
at Bestbuy Retail Store but you must install Easy Share Program which it's required down load first & this would work
with Windows xp if both monitors are updated "

I recommand you to use Google Picasa to manage and edit your pictures.

Picasa is software that helps you instantly find, edit and share all the pictures on your PC. Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had) and sorts them into visual albums organized by date with folder names you will recognize. You can drag and drop to arrange your albums and make labels to create new groups.

Picasa makes sure your pictures are always organized. Picasa also makes advanced editing simple by putting one-click fixes and powerful effects at your fingertips. And Picasa makes it a snap to share your pictures ¨C you can email, print photos at home, make gift CDs, instantly share via Hello™, and even post pictures on your own blog.

free download in here, just have a try:

you would officially need to purchase a network version, but
if you install it on 2 pc's and only use 1 at a time, you should be ok.
