which is a better suv to buy? volvo or bmw x5 looking for safety, reliability etc.?

they are both nice and have good features but i would go for the x5

Neither are particularly reliable in the long run. The Volvo is safer according the my knowledge of cars and the JD powers data.

Volvo, are safest cars out on the market, I would go to each website and check for yourself on all the specs.
