At 5'4", you do not need to lose 8-10 lbs. If you only take in 650 calories but stay very active you will start to lose muscle mass (which is what you need for your body to efficiently burn calories at rest), energy, and the resources that keep you healthy. This is even worse because at 14 your body is still developing, and can hinder your development and mess with your hormones.
You are probably burning about 1500 calories a day at rest right now. There are 3500 calories in a pound. If you only take in 650 calories, and burn another 800 or so with 2 hours of moderate exercise, you are going to lose a pound every 2 days or so. But it will not be fat (because your body can't lose fat that quickly), and you will put your body into survival mode which means that every calorie you take in, it will horde and store as fat (while draining your energy) and your body will be trained to not burn as efficiently, and you will find it harder to lose weight going forward.
If you want to get your body on a healthy path and stay slim, make sure you take in lots of protein (which is tough but far from impossible as a vegetarian) with every meal, space your meals out, stay away from sweets, sodas and fried foods as you said. Never take in less than 1200 calories per day if you don't exercise, and calculate it so that you eat most of the calories you exercise off. If you take in 500 calories less than you work off per day, you will lose a pound per week, and that's a lot safer.

less than you will gain afterwards.
if you deprive your body all you lose is water weight and muscle NOT fat and slow down your metabolism.
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and that 1200cal/day for a person under 150lbs.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

NO, not a good diet plan. You need to be eating at LEAST 1000 calories per day. Especially if you exercise that much, you should probably be looking more at 1200 cal per day. Swimming burns a LOT of calories.
If you eat that little, you'll like start hording fat, making it harder to lose weight. You also realize a veggie burger with a bun is over 200 cal right? That's 1/3 of your daily allowance. You should eat at least 5 times a day (including snacks).

probably nothing. It will take longer to do the whole weightloss thing healthily. You may lose half of that in 2 weeks. Make sure you eat your carbs in the morning, light for lunch, and some protein for dinner (dont eat too late). Exercise is going to play the leading role. as long as your heart rate is up for atleast 40 min a day (straight) you are on a good path.

No. It's fine to be vegetarian, but you wouldn't make it with that low a number of caloric intake combined with the physical activity level you have. Without enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode and retain more body fat than it normally does. There's no miracle diet or quick fix aside from eating healthy and regular exercise.
It's fine to stay away from fast food and soda, but don't restrict your diet to three things. You're very young and not obese, and also going through puberty, so it could be very harmful to you in the long run if you take any risks now.
Please see a doctor or nutritionist if you want good advice.

Not enough calories will make the body go into starvation mode and make you retain your weight and gain more weight once you start eating normal. Be careful i used to be anorexic but I became fat..fatter than ever because i didnt eat enough and when i did my body absored everything i ate. It was sad.. no im in normal weight again.

You should be eating twice that many calories. You really don't need to lose weight.
