Well for the first part the guy has to feel attracted in order to move any further. From then on..its mostly the personality and how well they get along. Like hobbies and so. A word of advice..never try to make yourself be someone your not just to show off to a guy. If the guy you like likes girls who skate do not break bones and toes just to show to him that your a skater girl yourself. Nope, be yourself and thats what a guy likes most. And hey if the guy you like doesnt like you the way you are then hey so be it..move on there's much better guys are there in the world who will be more than happy to give you a chance.

A great personality is important. Yeah, looks are nice, but you can be the best looking person on the outside and ugly as sin on the inside. Personally i like someone with some real character, some uniqueness, a sense or humour is always a plus because a girl that makes you laugh will mean a lot more than a girl that hurts you.. lol, a soul is a plus too (recent break up)

Aside from some of the obvious physical traits? A great personnality. A person that we can get along with. A sense of humor. Almost the same thing a girl looks for in a guy. ALMOST.
