Well it is a free website so they can do whatever they want....also after thousands of years of Christians killing, torturing and attacking anyone who disagrees with them..i think atheists have the right to some payback here.
Christians intrude on me and yell at me about God all day every day, saying my God is fake and doesn't exist....so i am glad that someone does the same to you..makes us all equal and as long as you do it..stop bitching when others do same thing (you know that whole he without sin cast 1st stone idea..Most people+Christians ignore it...it was said by Jesus Christ)
Go ahead and consider science crap but if you do then stop using technology like the computer and Internet.
It is almost impossible for you to give a real answer since "God did it" is the answer to everything (real original btw..been hearing that for thousands years) which is an answer to nothing.
Now I do like to discuss via questions+answers and see others's answers....if you don't then go away or be quiet or whatever but you are not the lord and master of creation so accept that you will be ignored by most of creation...just like I will

I am a pagan and a Taoist and an atheist. Don't forget that spirituality does not equal religion. And not all spiritual philosophies involve a deity. Think outside the box.
Aside from that, I actually am interested in the things Christians in particular say to try to convert people, because I have children and I fully expect Christian children to say these things to them when they find out my kids aren't Christian (it happened to me when I was younger, and oddly enough still happens).
So, I want to have thought about the Christian point of view and their arguments, so I can give a well-thought-out response to my children. I want to be able to clearly articulate what I think, because my ability to answer their questions may be important in my having credibility with my own children.
So I've been in forums like this for years now, and I'm really glad I did. Not only has it driven me further from Christianity than I ever thought I could be, but I think I can explain my views very well to my children, when they ask. I'm even keeping file of FAQ's.

If atheists do not give worthy answers, then why do you care? Why does it bother you so much that you have to make this post/question?
I care about religion and spirituality because it is a place where I might use logic to face the faith of religion. If you have faith, it is fine with me. But, when your faith causes you to ignore things that have been shown to be true by science, then it should be pointed out how your faith is wrong. When you use your faith to claim things are true that are not in your holy book, then it should be point out that your assertions are false.

It's fun.
And in the US, we DO have a problem with radical Christians trying to make decisions for us like when to breed, if we can be disconnected from life support, and they want to teach out children to pray.
I'm not even an atheist, but I identify so stronly with them on these issues that I seem to become an honorary atheist on these questions! I love their responses and I learn a lot from them, so speak for yourself.

Discuss entails stating a viewpoint and the ability to edit posts means discussion is exactly why many people come here. That's a fact.

By that logic, if there was a section about crime, then only criminals would have a legitimate interest in visiting it, asking question and giving answers?
Also if there was a specific forum for atheists, do you think Christians should not be interesed.

Spirituality has absolutely NOTHING to do with religion. In fact, religion stifles spirituality for the sake of conformity
