Whatever you do not use one these translation websites, they never get the grammar right, and what you think it says might be some kind of slang or insult in italian(just imagine George Bush giving the peace sign in Australia, and it turned out to be an insult there).
Go to a local college website and look up their italian program. Look for any teacher, and contact them. Offer them $20 or so to translate it for you. If they say no, ask them if they know of someone that would be willing to translate it for you.
Or get an italian dictionary, you don't have to say it right, but you'll be able to translate it.
