NO....you don't need a passport or photo ID, i do it all the time.

i replaced into born in England and now living in eire. even although I even have an English start certificates I could have identity with a image interior one in all those a passport to fly or pass with the aid of boat from eire to England and back back. i'm hoping this solutions your question.

No you have to have ID with a photo like a passport.
