No, it remains in that one language. There are several countries on Y/A where the English language is used, but the only way in which a user can see all English language questions on a given subject is by pressing the button for "all English questions". Users in non-English speaking countries don't see them at all unless they decide to go off on an exploratory tour of other countries' pages.

No. At the bottom of the screen, you see the various countries to log onto for other (Answers International) possible languages/cultures (countries)

only in the country that you click at the bottom where all the flags appear,,,,,then you chose E.G,english incl uk +us,or us alone,, if you refer to person to person trannies,,,,with good language ability,vocabulary,practise,,,,,, translation is simultaneous
