make a turkey & cheese wrap with lettuce, tomato and mayo
(or with ham)
or black beans and rice
or an assortment of grilled veggies
or make a taco in the wrap

try this shrimp wrap:
INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package bacon, cut into small pieces
1/2 onion, diced
2 pounds large cooked shrimp - peeled, deveined, and cut in half
3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
12 corn tortillas
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced
salt to taste (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a large, deep skillet fry the bacon over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain the bacon fat. Add the onions to the pan with the bacon and cook 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent. Stir in the shrimp and chipotle chiles; cook 4 minutes or until heated through.
Heat tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 seconds. Turn and heat for another 5 to 10 seconds. Fill the heated tortillas with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
YUMMY!!

all of the recipies i have given an answer to in Cooking and recipies - asker :- Crufts 05 would make great fillings for tortillas. You could drizzle a mix of creme fraiche and single cream (mixed and flavoured with chopped mint or coriander or dill or salt and pepper) over the different mixes - even the goats cheese - these are really delicious vedgetables - and this is from someone whos' mother used to religiously boil everything for at least 20 minutes ! YEUCH!!!

make a pocket and fill with salad and grated cheese

Vegetarian option could be fried mushrooms and onions, mix with some chunky salsa, add a blob of soured cream and roll up in the tortillas, then place the rolls in a casserole dish (seam side on the bottom) and then pour over some enchilada sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 30 mins on a medium heat

regular chicken breast, sauteed with lemon juice and olive oil, broccoli and sliced tomatoes (take the seed part of the tomato out or else it'll be too liquidy). YUM! (My favorite wrap!)

tuna fish salad is good in a wrap with lettuce and tomato

caesar salad wrap- romaine lettuce with dressing, tomato, small croutons, cheese, add chicken if you like. I buy that already cooked/seasoned chicken breast for wraps.

=)
