Prayers can be used for channeling energy. The real methods for any cure is channeling energy.

But we do not have vibration science, and now what we see so called miracles of prayers here and there are just because of energy tuned and tunnelled by Feelings, the divine feeling and request for mercy.

But Prayers used to be a mix of devotional and Vibrational healing, and were very reliable methods in the past ( and the prescribed method in krita )

( we can take it this way : pure devotion need not use prayers, but prayers enhance this with their vibrations)

But if you are aiming at prayers without vibration ( pure devotion ) , that also channels energy, but is a tougher process, specially in this age.

Prayers are the deepest heart felt feelings for some cause projected on an unknown source .The prayers come automatically when one is feeling totally hopeless of this mundane world. There is one thing called prayerfullness where there is no demand from the source only thankfullness for whatever is given. Actually the healing powers are achieved when the person has prayerfullness. Just by a touch he can heal anybody .Lay persons like us still have some demands we still pray and these prayers are answered only by chance .When a prayer is heartfelt itcan heal but prayers cant replace doctors both function independently or together.

Yes, my eldest brother was cured when I sent Him Reiki Healing at a time when Doctor said only two hours are left and u can call all of ur family members to meet him. Prayers make things possible, amplify the healing process, the medicines start working. Actually God works thru doctors, medicines but never claims that He has done something. Dasa Karaj aap sware eh us di vadyayi. My brother was in a very negative state of mind still prayers helped him. But that does not mean he will live for ever. With prayers he is well and able to look after himself and not breathing on bed only. We r human beings and want quick relief so we resort to medicine and doctors but if only medicine could cure then doctors should never fall sick. Even doctor says that we ve done our best now u pray to Almighty.

Yes, prayers can cure diseases. I have heard of many such true instances. But we should pray sincerely, only then diseases can be cured. Doctors are an alternative u can say.
They cure the common diseases, and they would not be able to do that without the Almighty's blessings. May be then, doctors are a medium by which our prayers are fulfilled, and where doctors can't reach, God himself cures us of the diseases.

I have a family member who had breast cancer, in an advanced stage. She has been the most devoted religious person in the whole planet. Some time after i told her i was praying for her very dearly her cancer went away.......the only thing is that i'm an atheist. You get the idea.

It's the power of suggestion that heals people. Prayers are placebos.

No prayer do not cure diseases? Sorry but I witnessed the following

My friend had fever, he was around 18 they just prayed. His fever became high so they carried him to church and prayed more. They kept on praying till the blood vessel burst in his head due to high fever and died

Then they prayed for his soul

There are some cases where disease has healed after prayer. But face it, if prayer worked reliably, nobody would ever die and we all would have won the lottery. Why God answers some prayers and ignores others (or deals with them in ways other than what we want or expect) is a mystery, it is His decision.

Prayers increases one's confidence level. To that extent some diseases which do not require medication will be cured by his body resistance itself.
In most cases it will be a supplement not the entire treatment..

When I was a child, my father had a hernia. (Yes, I know hernias are not a disease) He had even been turned down for enlistment in the military because of it. He could not afford surgery to correct it, so he wore what was called a "truss" anytime he was not in bed.

When I was in my early teens, my father became a "born again Christian"; one of the first things he prayed for was to have his hernia healed. It didn't happen immediately, but after a long period of praying every day for healing, his hernia disappeared (apparently instantly!) Did prayer heal him? Did God heal him? Who knows?

Personnally, I see healing as coming from within ourselves. Dr. Carolyn Myss has a book titled, "Why People Don't Heal, and How They Can", in which she states her conviction that we make ourselves sick, and we can make ourselves well. Her explanation of the process makes more sense to me than any other I've heard or read.

I have no doubt that we can be healed, but I don't pretend to know or understand exactly how the process works.

there can be temporary healing from diseases but they will return because diseases are a symptom of some mental or emotional disease that you are having. You have to cure yourself on the causal level to end a disease. We would do better trying to understand how mind creates our condition then praying and learning healing arts that only work at the surface or symptom level.
