Yup. I am a lifeguard and I wear glasses. I have awesome prescription sunglasses too. Also I am a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor and wearing glasses is not something that prevents someone frm becoming a rescuer.

Good luck!

Yea why not? I've seen a lot of lifeguards wear sunglasses. Just get one of those little things that you put over your glasses to make them sunglasses. :]

And if you're worried about jumping in the water to save someone, it doesn't happen often...all you really do is sit around and blow your whistle. So. There you go. Hope it helps. And if you jump in with your glasses, most likely they won't fall off and break. Plus you would've saved someone's life. Yayyyy.
