if we have alot of things left undone,and we are feeling sleepy.how can we solve this problem wthout consuming anythings?

Excercise.. do it in the morning. Also eating right. Eat more whole grain and proteins instead of carbs and fat. You will have more energy.. There is also new gum called Jolt.. 2 pieces=1 cup of coffee.

well coffee contains caffeine,that keeps u up.if u can manage proper sleeping patterns when ure off.it wud definitely help.if its possible.splash water on face (every hour).yes u heard me right every hour.wash ur eyes thoroughly n wipe them softly with a cotton handkerchief.do some eye exercises.avoid rich food in dinner rather suggest u for light meal.pause in between take 2min. while working on computers.dont rub eyes when sleepy(if it occurs)the suggestion needs to be obeyed strictly without delays.thanx.god bless u.

go for a run, lift some weights, get that heart pumpin. ONly for 10 mins or so, you'll be buzzing

i can only think of peppermint tea (2 bags)
no doze - caffeine tablets - but i do not recommend them, i acutally think they are dangerous, bc when they wear off, you are out like a light.
