Yet, we put people on death row for killing a women who is pregnant at the time of her death. I think we have a bit of a double standard here. Murder is murder. I don't think pro-choicers are bad either, but the decisions they make are horrible. Please, over one third of my generation was aborted. That's thousands of kids who never got a chance to go to school, make friends, get married, have a family of their own. Pro-choice people reading this, think about it.

I am Christian, and pro-life. I don't believe that people that are pro-choice or have had/performed abortions are bad people. I just think that they haven't been properly educated on what to do to prevent someone from ever having to make that choice. I don't agree with abortion in any way, not even if there is a chance to lose the mother, or that that baby will come out handicapped, physically or mentally, or rape, or stupidity. I don't think abortion is right at all, and I do believe that people that have/perform abortions are murderers. Making the decision makes you a murderer and performing it, taking that life that wasn't yours to take makes you a murderer. Being a murderer doesn't make anyone a bad person at all. Jesus says to love the sinner, but hate the sin. So I will. I will love those that have and perform abortions, even though I hate what they do.

Well, for one, they're not making a choice for themselves, they're taking an innocent life, usually because its just too darn hard to remember to take that birth control pill. We are simply enabling their being irresponsible. With rape, there's the morning-after pill, which most hospitals give rape victims automatically.
We have people waiting years to adopt in this county, sometimes going out of the country to find a baby, yet we have the same women, over and over, having abortions simply as a birth control method. It would be too darn inconvenient to have to go thru a pregnancy, which is why they won't just have the baby and give it up for adoption. I actually heard one woman say birth control pills or shots could cause cancer, so she uses abortion instead. Look at an ultrasound, and you'll see that they're babies, not fetuses.
I do see a dilema with a known birth defect which would cause the child to not have a happy life, so I'm kinda iffy on that one.

to respond on your question, not in all probability, i'm sorry to declare that between the substantial concrete matters the church will say is "no abortions". yet quite, faith is a very own project, so which you would be waiting to call your self a professional-selection christian. Now to respond to something of it. quite some million or 2 in each thousand rapes deliver forth being pregnant, not often do those deliver approximately abortion. You do the math, hundreds of hundreds of abortions are finished each twelve months, and could a newborn be killed via actuality some disgusting bastard harm quite woman? not quite that although the abortion won't make the rape pass away, what the lady desires is counseling. for yet another abortion the justifications are thoroughly selfish. Abortion is homicide, what element of that is not? how is it not killing a human? a fetus is a human, it feels soreness and starvation, and a super variety of different matters. it is killing a guy or woman via actuality it is inconvenient on the 2nd. they might not have had intercourse then, condoms are available, and for the sake of not getting a ailment or starting to be pregnant you're able to not have intercourse till you're married. Adoption is extra often than not an selection. you have have been given to be embarrassed for 9 months, yet via actuality of it you gave the present of a finished existence, certainly. Abortion motives medical problems years after it happens, it could make a woman barren. medical expenses might properly be coated with the aid of the gov. a woman should not be having intercourse at 13, and interior the case that the mother WILL die, an abortion is appropriate, and a private selection via actuality the two way somebody will die. What with reference to the infant's selection? could you like it if somebody made the alternative no count extensive type extensive type in case you reside or die for you? i desire to stay, regrettably none of those infant's can say that for themselves. How is it a suited? did not our founding fathers say we've the properly suited to existence...? What have been given right here approximately to that teenager's suited to stay? with the aid of ways, for all those making plans to insult me with the aid of stereotyping me with all expert-lifers, i'm a democrat and not in all probability religious... EDIT= what's a human for you? I evaluate a fetus to be one, and the definition of homicide, that is a sin, it to kill yet yet another guy or woman. If not a human, then what's a fetus?

As a Christian, I am definitely pro-life.
I am also thinking of the young girl, and I am furious with a society that encourages her to have sex at such a young age, putting such a low value on love. It is very sad that she has gotten herself into this predicament, but we have seen that giving her the option of murdering her baby has not kept thousands of other young girls from making the same mistake. Hasn't someone said that doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results amounts to insanity?
We also know that the number of abortions being done because the pregnant woman was raped or because the pregnancy endangers her life, or because the baby would be born with a crippling defect are so tiny as to be almost insignificant. Most Christians really don't have any problems with abortions that are really done for such reasons. But we do object to having them thrown up as a reason to make ALL abortion legal.
Pro-choicers may or may not be "pretty good people"...but their method of dealing with unwanted pregnancy, in the language of my young grandson, "sucks".

I think you'd be right about the more moderate pro-choicers. But there are plenty of women out there who lobby for total, unrestricted rights to abortion, anytime, anywhere, for any reason. Simply because it's "their body." They have NO regard for the unborn child. Its pain and suffering means nothing in the face of their entitlement to do whatever they choose. This attitude is irresponsible and selfish, and because of it we have one of the most liberal abortion laws in the world. Most European countries, which by and large are more liberal thinking than America, have much more restrictive abortion laws.
There are legitimate reasons for a woman to consider abortion. For instance, I have an extended family member who just found out (at sixteen weeks) that her baby has multiple problems that are probably incompatible with life. She has a terrible decision ahead of her- she's been advised to terminate her "pregnancy." And I have three children, and if I found out that being pregnant with the baby I am currently carrying was seriously jeopardizing my life, I don't know for sure what I would do. But abortion on demand is irresponsible, and the people who lobby for unrestricted abortion are not, in my opinion, caring or kind hearted.
P.S. Richard F: There are literally MILLIONS of people waiting to adopt a baby; I have neighbors who are raising a foster son who has what is most likely fetal alcohol syndrome, and he is adorable and precious. Tell them his life isn't worth anything. I have two BEAUTIFUL sisters in law- adopted as foster children, and now they are lovely teenage girls. One was stabbed multiple times by her psychotic mother. Now she's a good student and a wonderful person with a bright future. Tell her she'd have been better off DEAD. Somebody's "bastard children" are now the teenage boys of my aunt and uncle who could not conceive. I have cousins in law who adopted a little girl from the Phillipines because there's something like a FOUR YEAR waiting list to adopt a baby in the U.S. Which makes sense, since almost a QUARTER of pregnancies end in abortion. And the numbers of murdered babies are almost IDENTICAL to the numbers of infertile couples. Curious, don't you think? I CANNOT BELIEVE THE IGNORANCE OUT THERE.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN UNWANTED BABY. GET AN EDUCATION, PEOPLE!! Somebody wants them. Just because it's not the mother, that doesn't make the baby unwanted. Infertile mothers out there grieve the slaughter of the millions of unborn children that could've been theirs. You people that spout off about how there are not enough adoptive homes haven't done your research. How I would love to take you to school!

I agree with pro-choice as long as the unborn child has the choice, otherwise it is pure and simple murder: one deciding to kill another life without their concent. That's all it is and you're right, a child is a child (a living human) the moment it is concieved and inside you. IT is not a blob of flesh.
I believe ignorance on that matter is what make people even think of killing an unborn. They are told it's not alive yet, not life in it just a blob of flesh without any feelings or emotions. Just like thos who don't know God personnaly and think being good is enough to go to heaven. THeir all lies that many people believe because of lack of knowledge.
There are a lot of good people out there that are ignorant, that doesn't make them totally evil, but it doesn't make them right either.
Definition of murder: taking another life!!!
Of course unless if it's a case of rape to a little girl, then I'd advise adoption but not murder. if someone doesn't want a child that someone should just NOT do what will end in pregnancy! I don't believe in accidents not in 2007.
ALso I don't believe a handicap child deserves to be murdered. If God allows it there is a reason but we are not the jugde and jurry of that life. God is, and furthermore he is the judge and jurry of how other people will deal with that situation. "did you put yourself in trouble?" "do you indend on murdering my child?" and so on.

I understand why pro-choicers believe what they believe but when another life is involved the choice isn't just the person's to make and since the other person involved (the baby) can't be included in the decision someone has to protect him or her.

the temptation is out there, like any other thing.
For gluttons, there's tons of candy and tv and not walking...
for vain people there's lots of make-up and hair salons (evil evil places! LOL)
for greedy people, there's the casino, and money (evil evil money! {I want some!})
etc etc.
abortion was a term first used on cows when they would "spontaneously" abort their calves now and then and farmers didn't understand what was happening or why. Now the term is used for a voluntary procedure, and I'd put it up there with plastic surgery,.
So, I think Pro-Choicers are human beings, just like the rest of us.

Oh absolutely...I am Pro-Life, The pregnancy and birth of my son as well as being in the rooms with two different close friends during abortions and being with them after the abortions during the emotional guilt stricken time determined why I am pro-life, However I don't think that stopping abortions will do anything...
The fact is the only way to stop abortions, is educating our daughters AND sons on the dangers of unsafe sex and irresponisble use of condoms, as well as not seeking birth control...
Education is the only way...
and they are fine people...just like all of us
