I want to buy a DVD from cdwow.ie and it says it's both region 2 and 4. I live in Ireland so the DVD player on my laptop is set to Region 2.

The site says that a DVD that plays in BOTH region 2 and 4 is called region 10.

What I want to know is will this DVD play on my laptop in it's current setting of region 2?

There is a way of changing the region, but I did this before and it messed up the laptop so I'm not doing this again. And i dont want to download any extra programs or add-ons to allow my computer to play all regions.

I just want to know will something that is designated as Region 10 (UK & Europe/Japan) & (Australia/Latin America) play on my Region 2 DVD player.

Thanks for your help lads :)
