No - but I guess it's because more flesh is shown, the exception to that is of course a night out in Cardiff, where even in the bleakest winter evening there is more flesh on show than in a morgue!

Yes, they are. Usually because they are tanned and wearing very little clothing! Some people specifically start workouts or go on diets for the summers months as well.
It makes a big difference from the freezing winter when most people are pale and sick with about five layers of clothing on them!

Course they do, it is the mating season. And wether you are gay, straight, or any combination you make more effort in the summer months to attract a mate so you can fulfill your biological programming......sort of LOL
Except now we got a bit cleverer than the other animals and we have the choice whether to procreate......or just go a bit sex mad for a few months.
Warning!!! As well as more sleeping around and adultery going on in the hot weather, the rate of murders also increases, hot weather short tempers.

yes in the summer i guess everything is out you got nothing to hide mind you though i met the person i am crazy about in winter but when it was summer time he stoped wearing those horrible thick jackets and started wearing nice tshirts i only notice than he was exactly very nice built strong arms that made me like him even more

well in the summer they are tanned, they look healthy, they are happier, more active, in winter they are miserable, cold, pale, feeling the elements, i am definitely not a winter person, i blossom in the summer, so i say yeah they do tend to look more attractive and healthier in the summer....

people in the summer generally have a happier persona to them because it's light outside and in the winter it's gloomy and our skin doesn't look so light and fresh! i am more of a spring/summer person so i think i always look my best in the lighter months of the year!

people are usually more active in the summer time, so they are in better shape.
on top of this, people are outside more during the summer, so they tan, and they don't even have to fake tan! and i think real tans are far more attractive than fake ones.
and of course, yes, we have the ladies runnin around in tiny cutoff shorts, bikini tops....barely anything.

Hell Yeah! i know myself that a tanned guy wearing shorts and topless is far more attractive than a pale and pastey one in woolies!!
Same for women... i find that i come outmy shell in summer and love wearing mini skirts / practically invisable shorts and crop tops. In winter i just wanna curl up in my duvet!

Well the ladies to be walking around wearing practically nothing in the summer... can see the shape of their breasts and nipples, and tight a55es... so i think they look just tremendous in the summer.
