Paypal is a company that Ebay uses for credit card purchases and they will accept a credit card including Visa! However you will be required to register the Visa # with Paypal to purchase the product that you want.

Yes, you can buy it with VISA, but you need to register the VISA card on the PayPal system to take it. If you are confused by the PayPal VISA card thingy, PayPal merely has an agreement with VISA to use their name on a VISA card for some sort of financial arrangement.

if you are registered with paypal, you can add any kind of credit card you choose to pay with...paypal does have a credit card you can upload with your own money to spend any way you choose using paypal...but NO, visa and paypal are NOT the same thing...it's easy to register a credit card to your profile...so sign in to paypal and you will find the place in your profile where it says "add a credit card" and you're all set to spend using the card of your choice...

PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as cheques and money orders. PayPal performs payment processing for online vendors, auction sites, and other corporate users, for which it charges a fee.
