i suggest to fatty that you should get some diet medication and perhaps change your eating habits cos the lord states that we eat to live, not live to EAT.

People believe they are "special enough" to be attacked by demons or the devil, when in fact people are their own worse enemies.
Dreams are the way of processing information which your brain dealt with during the day and working through your emotions of what you were feeling.
There is a good chance that there is something bothering you at this point in your life or that you have certain fears which is causing you these dreams.
My suggestion is stop reading books and start listening to what your inner self tells you. You may be hearing all sorts of stories at church about demons who will attack you, but this is not true.

How is your devotional life? Make it a habit to read the scriptures (Psalm 91 or any other) and pray before going to bed. I had actual encounters when I was very little about 6 years old. Spirits were making noise and waking up the whole family. After my father read Psalm 91 and commanded us all to get down on our knees to pray, I was so scared at the time, but we prayed and singed to Jesus until we no longer saw or heard the spirits. There is power in the name of Jesus.
Also, make sure you're not contributing to your bad dreams. What do you watch before going to bed? How much do you eat before going to bed? What are you thinking about just before you fall asleep? Do you play certain games like the OUIJA Board etc...? Are searching for your horoscope? The Bible is against horoscopes. And finally, is there a secret sin that you're cherishing with guilt?
What ever your answer maybe, pray is always the answer.
May God bless you and keep you.

Yes Caz....and it is time you and the Lord have a talk about all the area's of the occult that you are still holding onto....
.....especially those which you have overlooked in your life as being unimportant "little" things, that, some may have given you pleasure in the memory of it....
ahhhh yes....those pesky "little" things we thought were too small to be concerned about....
Give it all to God....ask the Holy Spirit to uproot them from your life and sweep you clean, then, that the Holy Spirit come in and fill all those places that had once held the "unwanted" so that those that were tossed out do not come back and find their old home nice and clean and cosy and EMPTY and bring back their friends and relatives as well and you find yourself worse off then you were before!
The Lord didn't speak of that just for the sake of saying it...He knows what He speaks...this is in itself a more simple from of deliverance....renounce every practice that may have touched your life....if you have a solid Faith and grounding with the Lord and have deep trust in the Holy Spirit then you may be able to do this all alone....however, it may be best if you have a Spirit filled friend join you in case satan tries to stop you.
Regardless of what Don Basham's reputation was later in life, he was a blessed man in deliverance at one time and wrote a book called "Deliver Us From Evil" and I suggest you consider reading it and following his simple instructions.
I don't know the book The Bondage Breaker.... but yes, the Lord allowed me to be witness to and a part of some minor deliverances, and , lol, your reading that book is going to make quite a few jump up and want to be noticed because they are afraid they will have to leave their nice "home".
May you find PEACE and Success in what you are about to do :)
* Just looked at "The Bondage Breaker" looks good, Chuck Swindoll endorses it, should be ok...but remember the book "Deliver Us From Evil" by Don Basham if you wish some extra reading on the matter. :)

I can't recall the last nightmare I had. Most of my dreams are really cool, many of which involve me being able to fly. Coolest thing ever! :)
The only suggestion I can make without knowing the situation more fully would be to examine your life for any influences that might have some negative impact.
malak: "is there any christian out there not afraid of the tribulation and end times?"
I have absolutely no fear of the tribulation and end times since I won't be here. Christ's church won't face the tribulation.

I'm a Christian. I've dream probably every night of my life but I've only had two or three dreams from God. When they are from God you KNOW. There are no two ways about it. One was a prediction, one a revelation and the other an answer to a prayer. All the others I take them as just dreams. Prayer is the way out of bondage.

I read that book, he has some good pointers in there. The enemy knows you are covered in Christ. he also knows you have more power through Christ than even you realize. Read scripture, especially verses about Christ never leaving you nor foresaken you. The enemy is on a mission, against God's children. But don't spend a lot of time worrying about it, hes only going to try and annoy you.

You have chosen a new way (good for you!) and your subconscious is trying to reconcile the new you with the old you. This comes out in your dreams - and not surprisingly those who have had similar experiences in the past have sometimes tried to describe them in terms of a conflict with the Devil. If that is a picture that helps you, then fine; if it isn't, don't worry, it is only a picture after all.
But do pray for peace, for Jesus promised us peace; and in time the nightmares will subside.

It happens sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I would suggest that you go talk to your preacher and tell him of your problems. He will pray for you and try to cast the demon out of you. (if you think there is a demon)
Another thing i would say is a lot of dreams have different meanings than how they seem. Write your dream out remembering every detail you can. For example if you are dreaming of demons, it may just mean you feel helplessness.
Here are two sites that will help you interpret dreams. I would talk to my pastor to get prayed for and find out what the dreams really mean. I hope this helps you out. I know how it feels to have the dreams after getting saved too.

Yes, been there and still experience this from time to time. Great book, by the way. Just remember... he can oppress, but not possess.... you are already possessed by God's Holy Spirit... signed, sealed and delivered!
I find prayer very effective at such times. Pray that God send some angels and to give you a hedge of protection. Openly rebuke the enemy by claiming who you are, your identity in Christ, by the power of His blood. Even the use of His name has power over it. Command it to depart from you and your family in Jesus name. Tell it not to return. You will then feel the oppression and heaviness in your spirit leave.

Its all in your head babe. Anyway,if you were Born Again, obviously you'd have the spirit of god protecting you so no demon would dare try to come close! So dont get stressed out over these dreams as christians and non-christians alike get these dreams. All in your sub-concious mate.So later before you go off to sleep pray and think of good thoughts and you'll notice the difference tomorrow morning. Sweet dreams now! x x
