There are liquid kits out now that claim it will do that, but I've seen a few and they are not too good.
The other choice would be laser.............a very large amount of money, very painful, more than the tat, may take months of
sessions, and it leaves a scar in the shape of the tat.
Third choice would be to get a cover up tattoo.

There are those featured on BME's mod blog that have done self tattoo removals, but that's more extreme then getting the tattoo in the first place. Any way you do it, there will still be a scar, still a reminder of the tattoo. Either laser it, cover it up with another tattoo, use dermablend when you want to hide it, or just ignore it.
And those creams and such that say to remove tattoos haven't been shown to work. No one I know or have talked to who have used had any success with them.

If your tattoo is fresh do all the things they tell you no to do, go suntanning and swim in a heavily chlorinated pool.
My friend spent a day at the water slides after getting a tattoo not here is only a ghost of her fresh tattoo.

You can only remove tattoos by laser surgery. Or for temporary purposes you can use makeup to cover it.

I suppose you could cut if off your body, but not only would the scar be much worse than the tattoo, but you'd probably go into shock and need to be hospitalized.
In short, you can't. And any attempt to do so would be insanely stupid.

Trying to remove one on your own is crazier than giving yourself one.
Seek a professional.

It's not possible. They use lasers for that. I suggest you consult a professional before you do something really stupid
