Most of Chase is in the US. MO, FL, OH, OK, TX . Only when call volume is heavy do they route calls to India. I have never spoken to a Supervisor with them overseas.

There are a number of them who have CS centers in the United States, but they may also have other centers abroad. American Express seems to have most of its CS centers here. When I phone them on occasion, I always get someone in the States. On my VISA card (Bank of America), I sometimes get American service, and other times it's extremely obvious that I am speaking to someone on the western side of the Pacific Ocean.

Capital One. I have a no hassle card and the few times I've had to call I get their Virginia call center.

They all do.. but none of them are actually good at their jobs. They all sound like Robots.
