I had Windows 2000 and Picasa was the best Photo Editor I had! It had more than just the regular Photo editor features. Picasa had Glow and other things that made the pictures I took look TONS better. Now Im running on Windows Millennium Edition and Picasa wont run on it! It only runs on 2000 and up. I have Ulead photo Explorer but it only has the basics like Crop Black and White, Tint and Sepia. No I dont want Photoshop or anything just a free photo Editor with more features. Know of one that will work on Windows M.E let me know! Thanks!

Try either Xnview or Irfanview. These to viewer/editors have been around for a long time. Both are free and both work very well. In my opinion they are many times better then Picasa. You may have to do a little web searching to find the specialized filters that you want.

adverse. domicile windows 3.one million grew to become into relatively the final version of domicile windows in keeping with DOS. From 95 on (which contain domicile windows ME) domicile windows grew to alter into the working equipment and DOS grew to become into purely a shell. There are nevertheless various sixteen-bit aspects in domicile windows ME, even with the undeniable fact that it is not in keeping with DOS. in case you want the main contemporary command shell, which would be domicile windows 7. this is been as much as date in many cases each launch of domicile windows. you may style "CMD" on the run line to elevate the command shell with the main contemporary command extentions. you may style "command" to get a DOS field without those extentions... yet why might you? I spend various time in the command instantaneous, and enable me assure you this is with the aid of no means ineffective. (in case you rather need to bypass annoying-center on the command line experience below domicile windows, look into PowerShell). sturdy success.
