My co-workers are starting to complain about my food that I eat at my desk. I even can smell the fish on my breath and face & fingers sometimes. But last night was the last straw. I was watching an adult film with my partner and when I looked down at myself my ejacule was very thick and bright white (not normal for me in the past)

I didn't believe that it was true but can diet affect what comes (sorry for the pun) out of you? Is it true that you are what you eat?

It can definitely affect the natural juices..try drinking more fruit juices to can change the taste if your partner is complaining. It can also have came out thick if you havent had sexual relations for awhile. You should also buy some Febreeze and spray it around your desk area so it can smell more fresh after lunch and just cleaning up your area, also have some strong mints like Altoids and some hand sanitizer

Yes the foods you eat can affect the smell, taste, etc. of what comes "out of you".

Salmon is one of the healthiest things you can eat. Maybe you can try brushing your teeth in the office bathroom after lunch. Also wash and clean the container you took the salmon to work in. Just by leaving the container at your desk, it can stink up the place.

I agree with Golden Goose but would like to add this. If you like the taste, make pineapple juice a regular drink after eating the fish. Also, since fish had such a strong odor that's difficult to get rid of, you need to keep something made of stainless steel at work. A stainless steel spoon or something will work. Use it under running water when you wash your hands and use it also to rub on the food containers when you wash them. Chef's use stainless steel to get rid of strong odors from their hands and utensils and now, I do to. It works. I'm not sure where you can buy them, but now they even sell stainless steel disk-looking deodorizers that you just place in a bowl of water on your desk to absorb odors from the air.
