Well, first, I am very sorry to hear that your pregnancy is not viable, they wait for you to miscarry in a situation like that? That must be awful.... I am guessing that you are trying to work out your feelings with respect to that this pregnancy is not working out, and trying to come to terms with it, I think that it will probably stop after you have delivered, and had a chance to have some space to yourself to work through your feelings, and to grieve about it if you need to and spend some time healing. You may also be trying to work out concerns about whether you did something to cause the situation you are in, or if it is something that happened that is beyond your control... It's a situation you are having trouble "standing up to", but you will get up, and continue forward..... take care of yourself, good luck....

To me it seems as though you rather accept a fall and miscarry a child that way.(meaning it would be an accident). I don't know your physical and/or medical condition, but your worried and it keeps coming up in the dream. Before you go to sleep try to calm yourself down by breathing. Concentrate on something you really would like to dream about. This does help. I use to have very horrible nightmares. A lot of them were my own fears that I didn't express or even wanted to face. If you have a close friend sit down and have a conversation. If not write your thoughts down no matter what they are. Maybe you can release some of your anxiety that way. Hope you can get some rest. Best wishes.
