My friend is facing some problem regarding urine frequency. He feels to urinate every 30 minutes and very small amount of urine passes. after that a lower abdomen pain starts. what could the causes?? he had also fever 4-5 days back. could it because of extreme weather heat???

he may have UTI infection. the mainly symptoms of UTI include:
A strong, persistent urge to urinate
A burning sensation when urinating
Passing frequent, small amounts of urine
Urine that appears cloudy
Urine that appears red, bright pink or cola-colored — a sign of blood in the urine
Strong-smelling urine
Pelvic pain, in women
Rectal pain, in men
i suggest he can go to hospital to take some checks or take the herbal pill diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill to get a cure. Hope it is helpful to you.

He needs to see his doctor.
Could be that he has a Urinary Tract Infection. If it is the doctor will prescribe antibiotics which will make him better in a few days.
Drink Plenty of fluids...cranberry juice is very good.
