Aquaphor oinment will help relieve the itching and help it clear up faster. I would suggest wearing loose fitting, cotton clothing until the rash subsides. Do not wear nylon or nylon clothing as it traps heat and will make you more uncomfortable. Hope you feel better.

If you are 100% sure it's a heat rash, make sure to keep the area dry at all times you need air circulation instead of condensation (after you shower, when you are sitting and your knew is a bit bent), put cotton or something to absorb any humidity). Because the rash is usually do not to heat but to the humidity that forms where you are hot... You can ask your pharmacist whether it's a good idea to put baby zinc on you rash

Doesn't sound like a simple heat rash to me. See a doctor for a correct diagnosis so you can treat it properly right away.

take some benadryl and use cortisone cream on the areas. keep it open to air and dry the area well after showering. this should help.

Witch hazel (?) is very good and soothing.
Aloe vera is good too. Take motrin with food.
