Yes, nuns and priests surf the net for information, for news, gossips, entertainment and other world events just like any one of us do. Don't forget that they are also human, they bleed.

It depends!

The "Poor Clare's" for example, take vows of poverty and silence, and therefore have no access to any kind of modern tecnology - no phones, TV, computers, etc, etc,...

The "Dominican" and Loreto" orders are both teaching orders and, as is the same with all teachers, and lecturers, have access to computers at school. I don't see why they wouldn't be as interested in surfing the web as the rest of us.

Good question. I dont know, i thought they werent allowed wordly goods? so if that the case would they have a pc? nothing to stop them going to a library and using one though.
