Depends on the office, not just the country. I think either one will look the same on a resume, you just need to get the feel as to who you would prefer working with based on your interviews and even image of them by your contemporaries.

Look at their local list of clients and think who you would prefer to work for after, the accountants that audit them have an inside track at those jobs

1. Depends on the country. The one is good to one and the other is better in the other.

2. The truth is that they are both big and the practices are the same in both of them.
