Wait till your 17 and if he is still waiting around for you he does. A lot younger than 17 is nothing but trouble for him so if you like him, cut him some slack and wait till your older. Jail is rough at 17.

i agree that a 17 year old dating someone much younger is a recipe for "trouble".
he is of legal age in most states, and if there is some sort of issues down the road, he could be charged with statutory rape. it's really not proper (or legal) for a person who is considered of consenting age to date children.
he is too OLD FOR YOU right now... find someone your own age. meanwhile, you can admire him from a distance....
