I wouldn't eat it. Since the pie has eggs and dairy in it, it should be refrigerated at about 35-40 degrees F. Sixty degrees is pretty warm, and it was in the truck all night. It's better to be safe than sorry. Don't eat it!!

Pity to have to dump a custard pie ,but under the circumstance described ,not worth taking a risk of that sort.A 'post it" reminder in capital letters on the dash board would have done the trick, Better luck next time.

Since the pie contains egg, and was set out overnight in that temperature, toss it out, it is no longer eatable, it should have been refrigerated after it has been made.

If it were a fruit pie, I'd say yes....but a custard pie does need to be refrigerated. I don't think I'd chance it...60 degrees is pretty darn warm!

do not eat it other wise you are likely to get the runs, throw it away ,any thing with eggs needs to be treated with the up most respect if it has gone above 4 degrees throw it away for your health sake,it is not worth the risk

Yes anything made with milk and eggs needs to be kept in the refrigerator, personally I would not eat it for fear of getting sick. :-(

Probably, but I would eat it as soon as you can. I let mine cool and refrigerate immediately because of the milk and eggs in it.
